Patrick contacted us again, this time for another ambitious project: Sold quickly, a site dedicated to quick real estate sales. The site already existed, developed under WordPress from a Kustom theme modified by hand.
From the start, we supported Patrick on the optimization of this site, by bringing our SEO expertise despite the technical limitations imposed by WordPress, especially in terms of personalization, performance, and content structure management.
Even if the site was functional, several problems quickly emerged:
Our conviction: The technical base of a site determines its SEO potential. And in this specific case, continuing on WordPress would have generated additional costs (developer, maintenance, optimization) for results that are difficult to scale.
In the first few months, we still launched a content strategy for feed the site with targeted blog posts, focused on research intentions around rapid real estate sales, purchase-resale, or even sales deadlines.
This allowed the site to gain its first positions on Google and to capture qualified traffic. But very quickly, we reached a technical ceiling which prevented us from further structuring the site to continue this growth.
